Creditors (i.e. International investment funds) who buy portfolios of non-performing loans & target IRRs of 8.5% need Auctree because they are forced to repossess the property, which extends recovery times by c.2 years and increases cost by 10-15%. Using Auctree, they can recover their investment before repossession, saving both time & cost, as well as increasing their IRR.
