To continue our impressive growth trajectory (+100% YoY), we are seeking a curious relationship builder but also a data-driven and results-oriented member to join our team and work closely with our Account Executive and RevOps teams !
Opportunity
As a key member of our Acquisition team, you will work closely with the RevOps team in the French market on cross-functional topics to help drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance. Your insights and analysis will help us refine our approach and grow our customer base.
In this role, you will dive deep into data, answering critical questions that inform our strategy and operations. You'll work with diverse teams (in particular RevOps, account executive & sales development representative) — across France, Spain and the UK — to ensure our business is on the path to growth. From strategic planning to optimizing day-to-day acquisition work, your ability to analyze, communicate, and collaborate will be key.
You’ll have the opportunity to fine-tune your sales skills by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and tracking responses to generate new business opportunities.

Missions
1/ Operational optimization (50%)
- Collaborate with internal international teams to streamline processes and improve sales tracking and sales support tools.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM system by ensuring data accuracy.
- Support and empower the acquisition team by creating and improving existing training materials, and optimizing workflows.
- Assist with the launch of initiatives and operational plans for the European markets
2/ Competitive benchmark, market and data insights & Reporting (25%)
- Be the eyes and ears of Bigblue in the market, providing valuable insights into emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and RevOps team to identify and research relevant sales targets within specific verticals and customer segments;
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights that drive business performance.
3/ Outbound Prospecting (25%)
- Engage into in-depth research to understand the personal interests and professional needs of our target prospects. Our champions and decision makers do not have any secret for you.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospect motivations, challenges, and buying behavior to tailor engagement strategies effectively.
- Craft creative and personalized messaging to resonate with prospects across different channels, showcasing Bigblue's unique value proposition.

  • You’re a student eager to apply your skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
  • You’re proactive, a strong team player, and excited to contribute your ideas.
  • You are data driven, and have a keen interest in strategy, and operations, and want to learn how to make a measurable impact in a rapidly growing scale-up.
  • Ability to identify, engage, and develop relationships with strategic partners;
  • Native French speaker & professional level in English.
  • You are available for a period of 6 months
