Description
At Bigblue, warehouse operations are the heartbeat of our promise to merchants. As Fulfillment Excellence Lead, your mission is to ensure our fulfillment engine runs faster, leaner, and more consistently — while paving the way for scalable growth.
You will lead continuous improvement efforts, standardize best practices across our partner warehouses, and steer key mid-term projects that enable us to handle more volume at lower cost — all while partnering closely with our Product & Tech teams to shape the evolution of our in-house WMS.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role, reporting to the Head of Fulfillment, and working cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Data.
What you'll do
🛠️ Lead continuous improvement across our fulfillment network: identify inefficiencies, analyze performance data, and implement solutions to boost productivity, accuracy, and throughput.
📘 Define and scale best practices: build and deploy playbooks and SOPs across our 8 warehouses to ensure consistent execution and operational excellence.
📊 Drive process standardization and scalability: make sure we’re set up to handle 5x the volume tomorrow
🗺️ Own and deliver strategic, mid-term projects: from layout optimization to new process rollouts, lead initiatives that reshape how we operate at scale.
🤝 Act as the ops point of contact for our Product & Tech teams: gather and structure operational feedback to help shape our in-house Warehouse Management System features. Coordinate rollouts and change management across sites.
📈 Monitor performance & drive accountability: set clear targets, build dashboards, and make sure improvement sticks.
🌍 Be a force for progress: support a culture of excellence in our partner network, empowering operators and site leads to reach new performance levels.
Requirements
4–7 years experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or operational excellence roles — ideally in e-commerce or 3PL environments.
— Strong track record leading continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent mindset).
— Confident working with data to identify root causes, define success metrics, and validate impact (Excel, BI tools; SQL is a plus).
— Comfortable managing cross-functional projects across multiple sites and stakeholders.
— Experience collaborating with product/tech teams on internal tools or WMS improvements is a big plus.
— Naturally structured and organized — you bring clarity and rigor to complex projects.
— You lead through influence: a great communicator, a great listener, and a trusted partner on the floor.
— Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
