The mission
Are you ready to help us soar to new heights? As our Business Operations Analyst, you’ll be the key pilot in standardizing and transforming Caravelo’s client operations! This role is all about elevating our account management game, improving operational efficiency, and supporting Caravelo’s growth by introducing optimized tools, processes, and procedures. You’ll start with the support team and be at the forefront of automation, strategic improvements, and impactful cross-functional projects.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute our Customer Success playbook to standardize account management operations, ensuring ROI-focused, high-quality customer experiences.
  • Process Mapping and Efficiency Management: Identify and document critical business processes, assessing their impact and success. Recommend whether to keep, improve, or replace existing practices and tools.
  • Tool & Solution Optimization: Track, evaluate, and manage organizational tools, ensuring they’re effective and efficient. Lead the selection, setup, and implementation of new tools, with onboarding and training for users.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date wiki and repository of documents that define Caravelo’s business needs, tools, and procedures.
  • Data-Driven Process Improvement: Conduct quality assessments of critical processes and tools, making data-informed decisions to enhance efficiency.
  • Daily Operations Monitoring: Actively oversee daily operations, proactively addressing issues and working with teams to resolve them.
  • Cross-Departmental Project Coordination: Collaborate with teams across Caravelo to ensure smooth implementation of transversal projects.

Special Projects & New Initiatives:

Regularly initiate, develop, and champion projects and initiatives driven by the C-Level, supporting Caravelo’s objectives with strategic alignment.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Self-driven with the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive projects from idea to execution.
  • Process & Data Orientation: Skilled in process optimization, tool management, and data analysis, with experience in SQL and automation.
  • Accountability & Reliability: Consistently delivers results, keeping projects on track and ensuring efficient outcomes.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear communicator who can effectively align with C-Level, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable to Change: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
Required skills and experience

(aka Boarding Pass Requirements)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Telecommunications, or related).
  • Experience: Some experience in Business Operations, with a strong focus on project management and continuous improvement.
  • Skills: Familiarity with project management software, experience in data-driven problem-solving, and ability to evaluate and implement tools and systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience in no-code/low-code automation tools, along with excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
