We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong focus on client onboarding to ensure a seamless, efficient, and structured implementation of Caravelo’s solutions. This role is key to delivering a smooth customer experience, ensuring that new clients adopt our SaaS platform successfully, from initial setup to full operational deployment.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to streamline onboarding processes, address challenges proactively, and ensure clients gain maximum value from our platform.

Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, standardize onboarding best practices, and optimize workflows will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term product adoption. • Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Responsible for leading a consultancy, defining workflows, gathering all the necessary elements for future development, and ultimately writing a Functional Design Document that will serve as the foundation for the upcoming project.

• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

• Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment.

• Optimize resources, budgets, and workflows for maximum efficiency.

• Provide clear reporting on project status, key milestones, and potential roadblocks.

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management

• The candidate must have technical knowledge (at a level of understanding, not development) in areas such as frontend, backend, integrations, SQL, APIs, etc.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
