Mission highlights

As part of our Sales Team, the Sales Executive joins our forces to conquer our market and win new clients, driving our business forward and taking it to the next level.

Reporting line

You will report to the Head of Sales, Matteo Greco.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage potential clients via calls, emails, and networking,
  • Understand client needs and present tailored product solutions,
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet ARR targets,
  • Ensure smooth onboarding with cross-team collaboration,
  • Track and report sales activities and pipeline updates,
  • Continuously improve product and sales expertise,
  • Develop and promote new internal value propositions,
  • Maintain client relationships and identify upsell opportunities,
  • Align closely with Marketing on outreach strategies,
  • Represent Carbon Maps at events to generate leads,
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.

Profile

  • 3+ years in a similar sales role with a strong track record,
  • Fluent in French and English (other languages a plus),
  • Skilled in negotiation, closing and managing complex sales cycles,
  • Proactive, results-driven and collaborative until signature,
  • Appetite for complex products and mid/large accounts,
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and sales automation,
  • Strong communication and ability to influence decision-makers,
  • Tech-savvy, analytical, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment,
  • Experience in sustainability and/or FMCG is a strong advantage
