Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated and intelligent professional to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

SDRs play a critical role in the company’s success by developing the top of the sales funnel. The SDR position can be the start of a long career in sales, potentially leading to the role of VP of Sales. In many companies, due to the high responsibility and commissions, VPs of Sales often earn higher salaries than CEOs.

You will be working for a B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) company, one of the fastest-growing sectors in recent years, with promising growth forecasts for the future. Additionally, you will operate in the sustainability sector, the only tech field experiencing consistent growth today.

You will work in a startup environment. While we follow processes and methodologies, we love experimenting and making data-driven changes to our strategies. We encourage critical thinking and invite you to be part of our culture of experimentation.

You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, across various industries, and in a wide geographical area. This is a challenging and exciting role that will test your sales skills, strategic thinking, and ability to stay focused and follow a plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients based on a provided list.
  • Qualify business opportunities through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Identify stakeholders, understand their needs, and discuss how we can address them.
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Ensure proper transfer of client information into the system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute strategies aimed at generating new clients and target accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales development objectives.

Requirements

  • You want to start a career in B2B tech sales.
  • You have a commercial mindset.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are proactive, enthusiastic, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • You can prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
  • We value enthusiasm and eagerness to learn over specific experience.
  • A university degree is useful as it demonstrates your ability to set and achieve goals.
  • You will receive specific training for the role before starting

Conditions

  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexible start time between 8:00 and 9:30 AM, and finish between 5:00 and 6:30 PM). On Fridays, finish time is at 3:00 PM.
  • Work Model: First month in-office; thereafter, one day of remote work per week in a hybrid model.
  • Vacation: 22 days of annual leave, plus a "Bad Day Off" (We all have ups and downs, and if you need a day for yourself, you can take it without using your vacation days), and up to 7 team-building days.
