Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a contactability and messaging strategy to initiate meaningful conversations with buyer personas.
  • Ensure the proper execution of outreach strategies by the SDR team.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on call listening, market feedback, and conversion data.
  • Run tests on new markets, buyer personas, and value propositions using the 70/30 approach (70% resources on the existing strategy, 30% on tests).

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Set quarterly goals at individual and team levels, ensuring alignment with the Head of Sales.
  • Monitor SDR team performance and report weekly insights to the Head of Sales at both team and individual levels.
  • Deliver a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) to Sales Management.
  • Track contactability and messaging efficiency across different target markets and buyer personas.

Coaching & Team Development

  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with SDRs to review individual performance and provide regular feedback on:
    • Sales techniques and prioritization.
    • HubSpot data hygiene.
    • Adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Align regularly with the AE team on:
    • New qualification criteria.
    • Individual and team feedback.
    • Ensuring smooth handovers (discovery notes, referrals, account transitions).
  • Develop personalized recovery plans for underperforming SDRs, ensuring adherence to the sales policy.

Hiring & Onboarding

  • Lead the hiring process for new SDRs, including salary negotiation, contract finalization, and onboarding preparation.
  • Adapt the onboarding process to ensure new hires ramp up within 90 days.

You will have completed our best-in-class onboarding, designed to ensure your success from your first day. It will include working on practical sustainability cases to better understand our customers’ daily challenges, meeting with key people, and understanding our objectives and the way we do things at Dcycle.

You will start discovering our Digital Product philosophy, and we will introduce you to all the teams at Dcycle, not just the SDRs team.

You will start making an impact through your daily job, we want you to be confident and start contributing from day one.

You will always be surrounded by colleagues who will support you every step of the way.

In three months...

By now, you will feel like a full-fledged member of the team. You will have already made an impact at Dcycle through your first.

You will realize that you are in an extremely demanding, dynamic, and creative environment, surrounded by highly talented people who genuinely care about your growth. You will receive continuous coaching through weekly 1:1s.

When you will do it

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible start between 8:00 - 9:30 AM and end between 5:00 - 6:30 PM), with an early finish at 3:00 PM on Fridays.

Where will you do it

Innovation requires seamless collaboration. At Dcycle, we believe impact comes from being present. We love having the whole team together—creating, helping each other, and having a great time. But after the first month, we offer up to two remote work days per week if you need them to recharge and get shit done.

Who you will do it with

Your team will consist of SDRs. Together, you will pursue your mission: hiring, onboarding and training of SDRs while making sure they reach their goals consistently. Your achievements will be reflected in (1) Number por Opportunities created by the SDR team, (2) Pipeline generated by the SDR team, (3) number of HC on the team. This metrics will measure the success of your work.

As you can see, you own your work.

  • Boris Landivar: Environmental engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, ranked first in his class. Boris (we call him the Peruvian Tiger) has gone from intern to leading a product team in just three years.

  • Experience working with CRM systems like HubSpot and sales engagement tools.

FAQ

  • How does the hiring process look like?
    • We are truly proud to have a particularly tough selection process. We believe that what motivates a great professional the most is working side by side with other great professionals, so we make an effort to raise the bar with every new teammate we hire.
    • The process consists of a brief qualification call (15 min), an in-person or video interview with Operations (45 min), an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager (60 min), an in-person values interview (45 min), and an in-person interview with the founders (60 min).
    • Depending on the position, we may ask you to prepare a brief business case or tech skills assessment. We know the last thing you want after you finish your regular job is to start with yet another business case, so we commit to making it as light and brief as possible to your day to day, and to invest as much time in reviewing it as you invested in preparing it.
    • We want to respect your time as much as possible, so we commit to providing feedback within 12 hours from your interview, and providing a slot for your next interview within the next two days. In the best-case scenario, no more than 10 days will pass from your first call to signing the contract.
  • Can I apply if I live out of Spain?
    • As long as you have a valid work permit for Spain and are willing to move to Madrid, we are happy to consider your application. We regret that we are unable to process work permits at this time.
