Dcycle
Content Marketing Intern
If you are looking for your efforts and work to have a positive impact on society, this is the place for you. Will you join us?
ABOUT US
In 10 years, all companies will operate a non-financial system. As we see it, it’s either Dcycle or bust.
Sustainability should not be a cosmetic exercise. 🌳 Dcycle is the startup born to make that happen.
Amidst the regulatory, financial, and technical maze that has attempted to equate sustainability with Non-Financial Statements, the industry has made access to information more complex. When faced with a black box, the keyholder becomes indispensable. In this context, the only way to elevate sustainability to the level it deserves is by adding transparency and eliminating all the bullshit.
At Dcycle, we are determined to fulfill a mission: giving companies control over sustainability.
And we are building an amazing team to make it happen.
YOUR JOB
Content Marketing Intern
As our Content Marketing Intern, you’ll be responsible for sharing Dcycle's message with the world. This is a hybrid role, part community manager and part creative content producer, focused on driving engagement across digital channels and shaping our bold voice: No Bullshit ESG.
You'll start by executing and adapting our content and media strategy, managing our presence across platforms and channels. As you grow into the role, gain context, and show initiative, you'll also have the opportunity to help shape and co-create the strategy itself — bringing fresh ideas, testing new formats, and building the next phase of Dcycle’s voice with us.
This is a role with real growth potential — you won’t just "get tasks done," you’ll learn how to build a brand from the inside out, sharpen your creative and strategic skills, and be part of a fast-moving, mission-driven startup.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
🗣️ Community Management
As our Community Manager, you will be the voice and face of Dcycle across all digital platforms. This is not a passive posting job; it’s about crafting narratives, starting conversations, and bringing our brand to life where our audience lives. You’ll be responsible for amplifying our message, engaging with our audience, and ensuring that our No Bullshit ESG tone shines through.
💬 Multichannel Adaptation
- Adapt and translate Dcycle’s key messages across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube ads, newsletters, blogs, and beyond.
- Adjust our tone and storytelling style to match each platform’s "language" while remaining consistent with our core identity.
- Own the content calendar, post planning, and execution across channels.
📊 Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track engagement metrics and audience growth to measure impact.
- Analyze what works, test new formats, and refine strategies in real-time.
- Use data to inform creative decisions, always aiming for stronger reach and resonance.
🌐 Format & Channel Innovation
- Keep your finger on the pulse of digital trends and social media culture.
- Experiment with new content formats: reels, carousels, memes, livestreams, collabs, etc.
- Propose and implement bold ideas that help us stand out in a crowded space.
🫠 Brand Voice & Community Engagement
- Maintain and strengthen our No Bullshit ESG brand voice: clear, honest, practical, human.
- Cut through the noise with intelligent, relatable, and impactful communication.
- Actively engage with the community—respond to comments, build connections, and drive conversations that matter.
🎨 Content & Visual Design
You’ll also play a key role in designing high-impact visual content that supports campaigns and amplifies our storytelling.
- Design social and marketing assets using Figma: infographics, carousels, visuals, etc.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., for content drafting, visual generation, slide automation) to accelerate the creation of decks, visuals, and multimedia content while ensuring creative quality.
- Support the creation of video or interactive content (nice to have).

HOW WILL YOU DO IT?
At Dcycle, we take inspiration from models like La Masía at FC Barcelona, one of the most prestigious and recognized football academies in the world. La Masía is much more than just a training facility; it is a true talent factory that has shaped some of the greatest legends in football.
Its success lies in a holistic approach that combines a clear playing philosophy, an innovative methodology, and a long-term commitment to the technical, tactical, and personal development of its players. Beyond football, La Masía also prioritizes the education and well-being of its talents, shaping well-rounded individuals prepared for challenges both on and off the field.
At Dcycle, we embrace a long-term vision and a comprehensive development philosophy. We are not just looking for immediate results, but for people with the potential and determination to make a difference. We prioritize professionals who share our mission: giving companies control over sustainability.
We don’t just evaluate technical skills or past achievements; we focus on individuals with curiosity, critical thinking, and a commitment to continuous learning. We want people who don’t just complete their tasks but challenge ideas, bring new perspectives, and drive change. With this approach, we create an environment where personal and professional growth go hand in hand, and every challenge becomes an opportunity to innovate and make an impact.
