Embat is a European fintech, of Spanish origin, which allows the financial teams of medium and large companies to manage their entire treasury comprehensively and in real time.

We are building a financial management platform that allows them to understand what has happened in the past, track what is happening today and forecast the future of their businesses.

Our solution translates into savings of up to 75% of the time that financial teams spend on manual tasks. This allows them to focus on what matters most: making a greater impact within their organization and achieving a better balance between personal and professional life.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate People & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to our journey of success!

The People & Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support our growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, fostering a positive candidate experience, and ensuring we build a diverse and high-performing team. You will also assist with various HR functions to support our overall people strategy.

What will you do?

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage documentation for current and new hires: contracts, legal documentation, personal information.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Onboarding:
  • Coordinate and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.
  • Develop onboarding materials and programs to enhance the new hire experience.
  • HR Support:
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide assistance with performance management, employee relations, and other HR functions as needed.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 year's of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment of digital and technology profiles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for people and talent development.
  • C1- C2 or native English level + high Spanish level.
