💥What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Connectivity Specialist, you will be responsible to manage the full lifecycle of some of our ERP connectors, linking Embat with Microsoft Dynamics ERPs. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Business Central and a strong understanding of ERP system configurations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our external development partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the connector, addressing any configuration challenges. You will also provide critical client support, manage incidents, and drive the success of the connector through effective project management and metrics definition.

💥What will you do?

Product Management:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of the ERP connector, from development through deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Work in close collaboration with external development partners to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Manage version control, feature updates, and enhancements for the connector.
  • Provide expert advice on how various Microsoft Dynamics configurations may impact connectivity with our platform.


Client Support and Incident Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client support related to the ERP connectors.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot client-reported issues, identify root causes, and resolve or escalate them as necessary.
  • Achieve high client satisfaction through proactive support, timely resolution of incidents, and continuous improvements to the connector.


Requirements Definition and Project Management:

  • Collect and define new requirements from internal stakeholders and clients, translating them into clear project specifications.
  • Coordinate with external partners to manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure seamless testing and integration of all new requirements into the connector.


Success Metrics and Continuous Improvement:

  • Define, monitor, and report on key success metrics for the ERP connectors.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improving performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely delivery of new features, updates, and requirements that meet quality standards.


Pre and Post-Sales Support:

  • Provide technical expertise on the ERP connector to support pre-sales teams during client pitches and demonstrations.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of sales and implementation teams through expert knowledge and support for the ERP connector.
  • Assist post-sales teams with client onboarding to ensure a smooth implementation of the connector.


💥What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree, college diploma in related field and/or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics configuration or implementation projects. Specific TRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (external partners, internal teams, and clients),
  • strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to ERP connectors, Business Central configurations, and client-reported incidents, often under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Drive and ability to consistently improve knowledge and abilities
  • Spanish and English speaker
  • Location: This role is based in Madrid, Spain, working with hybrid working arrangement.


Additionally, any of the below would definitely be great:

  • Knowledge of rest APIs.
