💥 What is Embat?

Embat is one of the fastest growing startups in Europe. Embat was born in 2021 to design the best way for medium and large-sized enterprises to plan their finances and monitor their cash flow in real time.
Our mission is to build a product (SaaS) that leverages technology and excellent client experience to empower our clients to make the best business decisions by accessing the best financial information, 100x more efficiently than using Excel files.

💥 What we are looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Design Manager to own and elevate Embat’s visual narrative across all channels.

This is a hybrid leadership role for someone who combines brand strategy with hands-on digital craftsmanship. You’ll be the guardian of aesthetic coherence, ensuring that every asset — web, video, 3D, photography, brand systems — reinforces Embat as a premium fintech brand.

We’re looking for someone who thinks like a creative director but executes like a maker. A builder. A systems thinker. Someone obsessed with visual excellence, efficiency, and workflow optimization.

💥 What you will do?

• Own and scale Embat’s brand identity, evolving the Brandbook and ensuring visual consistency across every touchpoint.

• Lead web design with a performance mindset — crafting journeys that convert CFOs, not just beautiful layouts.

• Produce high-impact multi-format content: video, photography, campaign visuals, and 3D assets that differentiate our brand.

• Use Figma as your core tool, supported by the Adobe Suite for high-fidelity production.

• Supervise and mentor external collaborators and internal contributors, protecting the “Embat Way” of design.

• Structure and optimize the design team’s workspace as a Notion expert, improving documentation and asset management.

• Implement AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate creative production.

• Continuously improve design processes, raising the quality bar while increasing efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to translate business goals into visual impact.

💥 What are we looking for?

Experience

• 4–5+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS environments, ideally scaling brands in high-growth tech companies (fintech is a strong plus).

• Proven track record building or evolving strong visual brands.

Technical & Creative Skills

• Advanced mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong capabilities in video editing (After Effects or equivalent).

• Experience with 3D design tools (Spline, Blender, or similar).

• Web-first design mindset with a focus on conversion and user journeys.

• Experience managing brand systems at scale.

• Comfortable integrating AI tools into creative workflows.
