About EmbatOne
EmbatOne is our specialized unit focused on Next-Generation Financial Infrastructure. We are bridging the gap between corporate ledgers and global liquidity by building proprietary connectivity that bypasses traditional friction.
While the industry still relies on former protocols or complex Host-to-Host integrations that take months to deploy, EmbatOne offers a native integration layer. We enable companies to manage international accounts, execute global payments, and automate accounting through a "Direct Rail" approach. We deliver in 24 hours what traditionally takes months, providing a "TMS Lite" experience that is invisible, instant, and scalable.
💥 What we are looking for?
We are looking for our first Founding AE for EmbatOne. This is a Zero-to-One mission for a high-performance hunter. You won't be managing a pre-existing flow; you will be the pioneer architect of our international market entry.
This role demands Full-Cycle Ownership. You will own the entire journey, from identifying the "pain" in complex financial structures to closing deals that redefine how companies move money. We are looking for a builder who thrives in a high-intensity, outbound-heavy environment.
💥 What you’ll do?
End-to-End Hunting: You are the owner of your funnel. From the first cold touch to the final signature, you will navigate complex sales cycles involving CFOs and Group Treasurers.
High-Velocity Outbound: We believe in volume as a diagnostic tool. You will execute a high-intensity outbound strategy with a baseline of 100 calls per week.
Strategic Account Mastery: You will manage a "Golden List" of 500 pre-selected strategic accounts. These include Tech Scale-ups, Travel industry leaders with high-frequency FX needs, and international subsidiaries looking for frictionless connectivity.
Value-Based Infrastructure Selling: You will position our proprietary connectivity as the solution to the "connectivity tax" companies pay in time and fees. Your focus will be on accounts with high transactional volume, where our impact is exponential.
Strategic Intelligence: Work closely with the team to refine the go-to-market strategy, identifying market triggers that make our "24-hour deployment" an irresistible proposition.
📈 Objectives
Market Validation: Secure a first wave of strategic "lighthouse" accounts within your first 6 months.
Pipeline Discipline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline through consistent, high-intensity outbound activity.
Transactional Growth: Drive revenue through a combination of platform fees and transactional volume (Payments/FX).
💥 Who we’re looking for?
Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally as a top-performing SDR or Junior AE in a high-growth Fintech or SaaS environment.
The "Zero-to-One" Mindset: You don't need a playbook; you help write it. You are resilient, proactive, and energized by the challenge of outbound prospecting.
Languages: Native or near-native English is a must. You will be selling to international markets (UK, DACH, Nordics) and will use English as your primary professional language. A third European language is a significant plus.
Financial Literacy: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics is preferred. You should be comfortable discussing global payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA), treasury workflows, and ERP integrations.
High Standards: Attention to detail and the ability to structure complex financial solutions into simple, compelling narratives.
Grit & Resilience: You have a high tolerance for "No" and the persistence to find the "Yes."
Executive Presence: Ability to hold high-level conversations with financial stakeholders and build trust quickly.
