After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.
About the role
- Own partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Enable and activate existing partners and associated clients through onboarding, implementation, contracts, and upsell activities.
- Design and deliver partner training & enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped to implement and support Genesy’s solutions.
- Capture and relay product feedback from partners/clients to Product teams, helping prioritize improvements and communicate launches effectively.
- Foster a thriving partner ecosystem by building engagement programs, driving collaboration, and creating initiatives that deliver value and growth for partners.
About you
- Are fluent in English and Spanish (Italian and Portuguese a plus)
- Have 2+ years in partner management, account management, or customer success in SaaS or Cloud solutions.
- Excel at relationship building and communication across cultures.
- Can solve problems quickly, from technical issues to contract queries.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, international start-up environment.
- Love collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Product, Marketing).
Nice to have
- Italian and or Portuguese language skills
- HubSpot expertise
- Project Management skills
