As Nory's Founders Associate, you’ll have the chance to learn and develop, tackle serious challenges, and make an impact. You will be working directly with our CEO to support our rapidly growing business. You will be pivotal in creating executive leverage and supporting the build out of processes and foundations for scale.

• Work directly with our CEO by actively participating in the coordination and management of all topics that are important to the CEO of Nory.
• Schedule, and prepare CEO meetings with a clear drive to results, and follow up on the implementation of agreed-on projects
• Support our CEO on an ad-hoc basis to create impact where it’s needed most
• Support our CEO on Enterprise Deals
• Help with hiring for key roles and training when needed
• Manage communication with Nory's existing investors, as well as help the company with future financing efforts

• You have gathered at least 2 years of work experience preferably in a similar operational role at a hyper-growth startup, or other highly competitive environments (e.g. VC, finance, management consulting (top-tier)
• You work in an extraordinarily structured way, and apply your structured approach to every task at hand
• You are an incredible communicator (that is clear and concise)
• You have a proactive and independent working style allowing you to plan ahead without close guidance
• You are finance and data literate and have high competency in model building
• You have advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint (or similar in GoogleSuite)
