Let’s fix hospitality, for good.
We’re on a mission to help the hospitality industry double their profitability, reduce their carbon footprint, and create better working environments for their teams.
Our CEO, Conor, founded and scaled Mad Egg - one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in Ireland. After years of juggling “market-leading” systems, spreadsheets, and paper printouts, he set out to build the solution he wished he had from day one: Nory.
Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It combines real-time data with AI predictive analytics to help restaurants operate with consistency, certainty and profitability. From food prep to forecasting, Nory puts operators in control of their margins.
Now, with demand growing faster than we imagined - and a recent Series A led by Accel - we’re scaling fast. We’ve grown to a team of 50+ across Ireland, the UK and Spain, and we’re just getting started.
We’re looking for an Enterprise Implementation Manager to help us bring Nory to the UK’s most iconic hospitality brands. You’ll be the engine behind successful rollouts, from first pilot to full scale, and a critical player in our enterprise growth story. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we deliver Nory at scale, while working with some of the most exciting brands in the industry.
Please note, you must have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
What you’ll be doing
Working closely with our Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Onboarding teams, you’ll be the bridge that gets our biggest customers live, and thriving. You won’t just follow a process - you’ll build it. You’ll own pilot delivery and scaling success, with the autonomy to define how enterprise implementations are done at Nory.
Here are some key projects you'll be working on with our team:
Lead enterprise implementations: Manage the full customer journey from pre-sales through pilot, rollout, and handover to Customer Success.
Define what “success” looks like: Help shape our definition of implementation completion, set benchmarks, and implement processes to track outcomes.
Pilot and scale: Take ownership of ongoing and new enterprise pilots. Build strategies that convert these into long-term rollouts across multi-site environments.
Develop scalable playbooks: Formalise SOPs and create documentation that allows us to grow our enterprise onboarding function.
Improve cross-functional coordination: Partner closely with internal teams to streamline handovers, eliminate blockers, and close gaps between Sales and CS.
Voice of the enterprise customer: Surface insights that shape our product roadmap and help us better serve our most complex customers.
What you’ll bring
You bring structure to chaos, confidence to complexity, and empathy to every customer touchpoint. You know how to design and drive successful implementation programs while continuously improving them.
Proven SaaS implementation experience: 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise implementations end-to-end.
Exceptional project management: Able to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver to timeline across months-long engagements.
Startup & entrepreneurial mindset: You thrive in ambiguity, you are a master multitasker, and you remain calm in high-pressure environments and situations.
Executive stakeholder management: Able to communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
Builder’s mindset: You enjoy creating systems and frameworks from scratch. You don’t need a manual – you write it.
Process- and outcome-focused: You understand the importance of getting clients live, fast, and well. You know how to drive value early and often.
Collaborative and agile: You work seamlessly with commercial, product, and technical teams and adapt quickly to shifting needs.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in hospitality, restaurant tech, or multi-site operations
Consulting or digital transformation background
Familiarity with change management at scale
