Our CEO, Conor, knows the pain first-hand. After founding and scaling Mad Egg in Ireland, he got fed up with juggling “market-leading” systems, clunky spreadsheets, and endless printouts. So he set out to build the tool he wished he’d had from day one.

Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It blends real-time data with AI predictive analytics, giving operators control of their margins. From food prep to forecasting, it’s operational intelligence that helps restaurants run with consistency, certainty, and profit. The result? Thriving restaurants, better jobs, less waste, healthier margins.

And we’re just getting started. Fresh off a Series B led by Kinnevik, we’ve grown to 70+ people across Ireland, the UK, and Spain – and demand is scaling faster than we ever imagined.

We’re now looking for a Talent Partner – Commercial to join our growing People & Talent team.

What you’ll be doing:

We’re building a team that’s high-performing, mission-aligned, and proud to be part of what we’re creating. You’ll play a critical part in scaling our commercial functions and shaping how we grow, one brilliant hire at a time.

  • Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations in the UK, Ireland, and the US

  • Source and attract top talent, building pipelines of high performers and candidates from hospitality tech or adjacent industries

  • Partner with hiring managers to shape plans, define roles, and run best-in-class recruitment processes

  • Continuously improve how we hire – our tools, interviews, and candidate experience

  • Champion our employer brand, creating thoughtful, values-led experiences

  • Track and report key metrics to give visibility on pipeline health, conversion, and time-to-hire

What you’ll bring:

  • You’ve been an in-house Talent Partner in a fast-growing startup or scaleup (Series A - D)

  • You know GTM hiring inside out – from sales and marketing to customer success

  • You’ve hired in the US and understand the landscape, expectations, and challenges

  • You love hiring high performers and have an instinct for spotting people who raise the bar

  • You have excellent stakeholder management, and you bring clarity, pace, and structure to busy hiring teams

  • Super organised and outcome-focused - you can juggle multiple roles and hiring managers without missing a beat

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to tools like Ashby, HiBob, and Notion

  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant tech industry
