Nory is the all-knowing restaurant management system. It blends real-time data with AI predictive analytics, giving operators control of their margins. From food prep to forecasting, it’s operational intelligence that helps restaurants run with consistency, certainty, and profit. The result? And we’re just getting started. Fresh off a Series B led by Kinnevik & Accel, we’ve grown to 70+ people across Ireland, the UK, and Spain - and now we’re bringing Nory to the US.
As a Founding US District Sales Manager (NYC-based) at Nory, you’ll work directly with the CEO to establish our presence in the American market. You’ll be on the front lines of growth — helping to define our go-to-market strategy, lead our early sales team, and build on the strong foundation we’ve established in Europe.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll lead a small, high-performing team of founding Account Executives while also carrying a personal quota during our first phase of US growth.
Coaching AE’s on the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and close - to consistently exceed individual and team quota targets.
Lead from the front: close B2B SaaS deals with CFOs/COOs, General Managers, and Regional Operators, deeply understanding their challenges and needs.
Leading our founding AE’s to Iterate on Nory’s initial US GTM fit, refining playbooks, messaging, and motion to drive repeatable success.
Deliver best-in-class product demos and continuously feed customer insights back to the product and leadership teams.
What you’ll bring:
3+ years leading quota-carrying AEs and managing the full sales cycle in fast-paced B2B SaaS, selling to business decision-makers
Proven success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams that exceed targets.
Expertise in coaching a standardized sales process (e.g. MEDDICC).
Track record of closing deals between $20k–$100k ACV annually.
Operational excellence mindset and comfort driving process improvements.
Hunger to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment where you’ll operate with autonomy and ownership.
