Let’s fix hospitality, for good.
Hospitality is tough – margins are thin, waste is high, and teams are stretched. But it doesn’t have to be this hard. That’s why we built Nory.
Our CEO, Conor, knows the pain first-hand. After founding and scaling Mad Egg in Ireland, he got fed up with juggling “market-leading” systems, clunky spreadsheets, and endless printouts. So he set out to build the tool he wished he’d had from day one.
Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It blends real-time data with AI predictive analytics, giving operators control of their margins. From food prep to forecasting, it’s operational intelligence that helps restaurants run with consistency, certainty, and profit. The result? Thriving restaurants, better jobs, less waste, healthier margins.
And we’re just getting started. Fresh off a Series B led by Kinnevik, we’ve grown to 70+ people across Ireland, the UK, and Spain – and demand is scaling faster than we ever imagined.
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) a to join our Sales team and take our outbound engine to the next level. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone ready to own pipeline generation and play a key part in how we scale.
What you’ll be doing:
Own outbound – Lead the charge on generating high-quality pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategies.
Pipeline management – Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support our Account Executives in consistently smashing monthly revenue targets.
Account research – Identify key decision-makers and uncover strategic insights using sales tools and online research.
Messaging & campaign execution – Craft and deliver personalised, value-led messaging that speaks to our prospects.
Collaboration & strategy – Work closely with AEs, marketing and leadership to align on outreach strategies and boost effectiveness.
Feed the machine – Share learnings with AEs, Marketing and Product to improve go-to-market strategy.
What you’ll bring:
2–3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales in a startup, or strong hospitality ops experience with early exposure to sales.
A track record of exceeding pipeline targets or supporting revenue goals.
Hunger and ambition to be the best – you thrive in a target-driven environment and own your results.
A creative, curious approach to outbound – you test, learn, iterate, and don’t rely on stale templates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
A genuine interest in hospitality, tech, and making a real difference to frontline teams.
Coachable, self-driven, and ambitious – whether you’re aiming to become an AE, a team lead, or both, we’ll back your growth.
Startup mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, move quickly, and take initiative to maintain momentum and resolve issues efficiently. You are comfortable with ambiguity and multitask effectively while delivering real impact
Communication and collaboration: You thrive in highly collaborative environments, communicate clearly, and offer help where needed to improve team outcomes.
If you’re excited by what we’re building, we’d love to hear from you - even if you don’t tick every box.
