Let’s fix hospitality, for good.
We’re on a mission to help the hospitality industry double its profitability, reduce its carbon footprint, and create better working environments for its teams.
Our CEO, Conor, founded and scaled Mad Egg – one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in Ireland. After years of juggling “market-leading” systems, spreadsheets, and paper printouts, he set out to build the solution he wished he had from day one: Nory.
Nory is a powerful, modern restaurant management system. It combines real-time data with AI predictive analytics to help restaurants operate with consistency, certainty and profitability. From food prep to forecasting, Nory puts operators in control of their margins.
Now, with demand growing faster than we imagined – and a recent Series B led by Kinnevik – we’re scaling fast. We’ve grown to a team of 70+ across Ireland, the UK and the US, and we’re just getting started.
We’ve recently brought in our first VP Finance and are strengthening our operational foundations as we prepare for the next stage of scale. As part of this, we’re hiring our first Revenue Operations Manager to report into the Head of Operations, with close working relationships with Finance and GTM leadership.
This is a foundational builder role. You will architect and own the revenue operating system - the tooling, data layer, automation and integrations that power our GTM engine from first lead through to cash in the bank. Your mandate is to turn a fast-growing, multi-region GTM motion into a scalable, reliable and highly automated revenue platform.
The ideal candidate will be based in London and enjoy working hybrid, coming to the office 2–3 days per week.
What you’ll be doing
Own the revenue platform and systems
Own the end-to-end GTM systems architecture across our CRM, outbound tools, billing, and data pipelines
Define CRM schema, lifecycle models, data standards, integrations and automation roadmap
Ensure reliability, scalability and long-term maintainability of revenue systems
Build automation and scalable workflows
Design automated workflows that eliminate manual work and operational risk
Standardise handoffs across Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance
Improve speed, data quality and consistency as we scale internationally
Partner with Growth to enable experimentation on top of the platform
Own revenue data, analytics and forecasting foundations
Own the revenue data model across CRM, billing and downstream systems
Write SQL and build trusted datasets for pipeline, forecasting, bookings, churn and expansion
Build scalable dashboards and self-serve reporting for GTM and leadership
Partner with Finance to align operational and financial reporting
Design GTM operating structure
Own territory models, routing logic, pipeline structure and lifecycle definitions
Ensure process changes are reflected correctly in systems, automation and reporting
Use data and systems thinking to identify bottlenecks and operational friction
Own quote-to-cash systems
Own system design and data flow from quote-to-cash
Standardise deal structures, pricing logic, approvals and data capture
Reduce billing errors and revenue leakage through better system design
Partner with Finance on controls and scalability (without owning accounting execution)
Partner cross-functionally
Work closely with Growth, Product Marketing and Sales leadership to support sales enablement
Enable teams with strong tooling, dashboards and clean data
Act as a trusted technical operator for GTM and Finance leadership
What you’ll bring
Revenue Operations experience: 4–7+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM Ops roles in a B2B SaaS or tech scale-up environment
Hands-on ownership of a CRM (ideally HubSpot) and complex GTM tooling
Experience working closely with Finance on quote-to-cash, billing inputs, and revenue data quality, without owning accounting or collections
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with data models and pipelines
Experience designing automation, integrations and scalable workflows
Experience partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, CS and Finance
Bias for action: You move fast, prioritise impact, and balance speed with rigour
If you’re excited by what we’re building, we’d love to hear from you – even if you don’t tick every box.
