Let’s fix hospitality, for good.
Hospitality is tough – margins are thin, waste is high, and teams are stretched. But it doesn’t have to be this hard. That’s why we built Nory.
Our CEO, Conor, knows the pain first-hand. After founding and scaling Mad Egg in Ireland, he got fed up with juggling “market-leading” systems, clunky spreadsheets, and endless printouts. So he set out to build the tool he wished he’d had from day one.
Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It blends real-time data with AI predictive analytics, giving operators control of their margins. From food prep to forecasting, it’s operational intelligence that helps restaurants run with consistency, certainty, and profit. The result? Thriving restaurants, better jobs, less waste, healthier margins.
And we’re just getting started. Fresh off a Series B led by Kinnevik, we’ve grown to 80+ people across Ireland, the UK, Spain and New York – and demand is scaling faster than we ever imagined.
The role:
We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our growing People Team. You’ll play a hands-on role in creating a best-in-class employee experience - from onboarding new hires to making sure our Dublin office runs smoothly and feels great to be in. You’ll be the go-to person for People Ops support, culture moments, and process improvements that help us scale smoothly.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their People career who’s hungry to learn, eager to take ownership, and excited to make a real impact. You’ll get exposure across the full employee lifecycle, collaborate with teams across Nory, and help us build a place where people genuinely love to work.
What you’ll be doing:
People Ops: Coordinate key moments across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - including IT and equipment setup, travel bookings, and maintaining accurate records. Be the first line of support for day-to-day employee queries on policies, benefits, and internal tools.
Culture & Office: Own the vibe of our Dublin office - ensuring it’s well-stocked, welcoming, and energising. Plan and run onboarding days, lead smaller cultural moments, and co-own larger initiatives like team socials and offsites alongside the wider People team.
Talent Coordination: Support the Talent team by scheduling interviews, managing onsite logistics in Dublin, and ensuring a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer.
Process & Projects: Help streamline how we work - identifying opportunities to improve and automate People Ops processes. Contribute to team projects and help manage tools like Notion, HiBob, Deel, and Slack integrations.
What you’ll bring:
Hands-on experience in People Ops: You’ve done this before - ideally in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment. You’re confident in handling onboarding, equipment coordination, office ops, and team queries.
Startup mindset: You’re energised by fast-paced environments and thrive when wearing multiple hats. You take ownership, move quickly, and always look for ways to improve how things are done.
People-first attitude: You genuinely care about making things easier and better for your teammates. You’re approachable, solutions-oriented, and have a proactive, “how can I help?” approach.
Organisational skills: You’re comfortable managing competing priorities, tracking details, and keeping things moving – whether it's onboarding a new hire or coordinating office snacks.
Strong communicator & collaborator: You communicate with clarity and empathy - whether in person, over Slack, or in documentation. You’re collaborative by nature and work well with teammates across all parts of the business.
-
Growth mindset: You’re eager to learn, curious about People Ops as a craft, and excited to grow your skills across tools, processes, and employment best practices.
What you’ll get in return:
💰 Competitive salary range between €35,000 - €45,000 depending on experience
📈 Meaningful equity – at Nory, everyone is an owner!
🌴 35 days of paid leave per year (including bank holidays)
🏥 Comprehensive private health insurance via Irish Life
🍼 Enhanced parental leave and baby loss support
📚 €1000 annual learning budget + quarterly book budget
🖥️ €250 home office workspace budget
🥳 Regular team offsites & socials
🌎 Work from anywhere for up to 3 months per year
📍Dublin-based role with 2–3 days/week in our Dublin office
👏 And much more!
