How will you contribute to PropHero?

Your main mission as an expert in the field will be to identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our products and services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Your success in this mission will be stellar if you succeed in the following areas:

  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
  • Answer all client questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and support teams to align efforts and ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Use customer data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement in the customer experience. Provide insights to the product and marketing teams for refinement and enhancement.
  • Act as the primary advocate for customers, ensuring their voices are heard within the organization. Gather feedback and insights from customers to drive product and service improvements.
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings with customers to review account health, address concerns, and explore opportunities for improvement or growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the point of contact for resolving any customer issues or concerns, working closely with internal teams to address and resolve customer challenges promptly and effectively.

What will make you succeed with us?

  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in customer success, account management or sales.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Detail-oriented to ensure that all information in our inventory is up-to-date including but not limited to purchase orders and billing statements.
  • Tools expertise: Microsoft Excel/Inventory Management Software/Barcoding machinery.
  • High-performing profile. Results oriented. We want you to own the purchasing process and become the point of contact for efficiency in this field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate internally and externally, with our vendor counterparts.
  • Proactivity and Autonomy. PropHero operates in a changing ecosystem, which implies being able to adapt easily, being agile in reactions, working at a good pace and having a positive and proactive attitude. You are resolutive and a fast learner.
  • Optimism and excitement for your work. A love for the next big challenge, and a passion for business impact as there will be plenty of opportunities in the path to achieve new challenges and have new learnings.
