How you will shape Prophero:

• Content Creation and Management: Assist in writing and editing blog posts, social media updates, and other communication materials; also, design basic graphics and visual materials aligned with PropHero’s brand identity.
• Support in Corporate Presentations and Materials: Collaborate on the development and updating of PowerPoint presentations or other platform materials for internal projects, clients, and partners, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Social Media Management: Help plan, schedule, and publish content on social platforms, monitor the performance of posts, and maintain an updated editorial calendar.
• Community Interaction: Manage comments and messages on social media, ensuring timely and appropriate responses, and escalate relevant inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Participation in Marketing Projects: Provide logistical and creative support for campaigns and events, collaborate on market research, and coordinate administrative tasks related to the team’s strategic initiatives.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience: Not necessary, a plus.
• Education: Advanced student of a marketing-related degree.
• Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
• Proficiency with Digital Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Google Slides, Canva, etc.
• Detail-oriented to ensure that all information in our inventory is up-to-date including but not limited to purchase orders and billing statements.High-performing profile. Results oriented. We want you to own the purchasing process and become the point of contact for efficiency in this field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate internally and externally, with our vendor counterparts.
• Proactivity and Autonomy. PropHero operates in a changing ecosystem, which implies being able to adapt easily, being agile in reactions, working at a good pace and having a positive and proactive attitude. You are resolutive and a fast learner.
• Optimism and excitement for your work. A love for the next big challenge, and a passion for business impact as there will be plenty of opportunities in the path to achieve new challenges and have new learnings.
