How you will shape PropHero

As a Divestment Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the sale of assets within our portfolio, ensuring data-driven pricing, operational excellence, and flawless coordination across internal and external stakeholders. You’ll combine your analytical mindset and real estate know-how to help maximize profitability and speed of sale while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Market & Pricing Analysis – Conduct ongoing market research and benchmarking to support pricing strategies, ensuring each asset is positioned competitively to achieve target margins.
• Sales Performance Tracking – Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and timelines for each divestment process, preparing performance reports and insights for management.
• Partner Coordination – Support relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and buyer networks to ensure efficient listing, marketing, and sales execution.
• Operational Support – Coordinate asset preparation, marketing collateral, and transaction documentation to maintain quality and consistency across all divestments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end processes and an excellent experience for both buyers and sellers.
• Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, pricing accuracy, and operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in Real Estate or Finance: 2–4 years of experience in property sales, asset management, investment analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Analytical & Financial Skills: Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets, experience with pricing models, and understanding of unit economics.
• Communication & Coordination: Excellent organizational and communication skills to align multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy and accountability across data, documentation, and process execution.
• Startup Mindset: You’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive when given ownership and autonomy.
