How will you contribute to PropHero?
Your main mission will be to optimize and standardize the end-to-end furniture supply chain. You will apply a process engineering mindset to reduce operational costs, minimize delays, and ensure the scalability and quality of our turnkey property furnishing service.

Your success in this mission will be stellar if you succeed in the following:

  • Process Mapping & Optimization: Document and analyze the current workflow (from purchasing to installation) to identify bottlenecks and propose standardized protocols to enhance efficiency.

  • SKU Standardization and Control: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a standardized product catalog (SKUs), focusing on optimizing the balance between product cost, durability, and ease of assembly/installation.

  • Supply Chain Data Analysis: Utilize operational data (delivery times, error rates, assembly complexity) to identify the best-performing materials and suppliers, ensuring data-driven decision-making in the supply chain.

  • Total Cost Modeling: Go beyond basic profitability by calculating the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the furniture process, factoring in logistics, waste, rework, and management time.

  • Technical Quality Assurance: Define and monitor technical protocols for material reception, storage, and installation, reducing errors and ensuring that the final fit-out meets high standards of quality and durability.

  • Operational Support: Assist the team in integrating new, standardized processes into daily planning (e.g., preparing quotes based on established SKUs and monitoring project timelines).

What will make you succeed with us?

  • Education: You are ideally a 3rd year or 4th year student of Industrial Engineering, Organization Engineering, Technical Architecture, or a related technical degree focused on processes/supply chain.

  • Analytical Focus: Detail-oriented with a strong ability to understand complex processes and translate them into simple, scalable protocols.

  • Tools expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for quantitative modeling (cost analysis, tracking KPIs). Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

  • Process Ownership: Results-oriented profile with the ambition to own the efficiency and standardization of the furniture process.

  • Technical Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and technically with internal teams and supplier counterparts regarding specifications and quality standards.

  • Proactivity and Autonomy. PropHero operates in a changing ecosystem, which implies being able to adapt easily, being agile in reactions, working at a good pace, and having a positive and proactive attitude. You are resolutive and a fast learner.
