How you will shape Prophero:

  • Support the end-to-end administration of real estate transactions, including preparing, reviewing, organizing, and tracking contracts and related documentation.
  • Coordinate operational processes across internal teams (sales, supply, legal, and operations) to ensure smooth execution and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records, contract databases, and internal trackers to ensure compliance, visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with client and partner documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with PropHero’s standards and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows, documentation practices, and internal processes to support scale and operational excellence.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Experience: 3+ years in an administrative, operations, or real estate support role, ideally with hands-on experience managing contracts or legal documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a natural inclination to document, standardize, and improve workflows.
  • Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
