What you will do

You’ll join one of our 4 growing product teams consisting of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Software Engineers and you’ll have regular contact with our customers and their partners through testing and research.

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development to final design and implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Champion design thinking in the organization, fostering a user-centric culture and promoting best practices in design.
• Create and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our design processes and outcomes.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices within the team.
• Ensure that all design work meets business and user needs, and aligns with our brand and sustainability goals.

Who you are

• Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and in usability testing.
• Ability to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Enthusiastic and committed to the field of design, with a strong understanding of its business value proposition.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Passion for sustainability and knowledge of how design can contribute to sustainable practices
