Product Manager - B2B - (f/m/x) - Remote in DE, DK or IT - Greentech/Fashion/SaaS

If you’re an experienced B2B Product Manager and are looking for a position where your work has a positive impact on the world and the environment we’ve got just the job for you.

Maybe launching products (However cutting edge they are) that solve the normal day to day business problems isn’t quite fulfilling you anymore? How about working on products that are solving sustainability challenges in the fashion supply chain? The knock on effect of your work supports the reduction and (we believe) the eradication of humanitarian and environmental tragedies being committed across the world.

Your work also solves business problems, but for the most sustainable and socially responsible fashion and textile brands in the world

What’s in it for you?

  • Working as part of a modern, international team with the joint mission of making the fashion industry more sustainable
  • Unlimited Paid Holiday (Dependent on country)
  • Individual education allowance
  • A company where values are lived, not just talked about
  • Being part of a dynamic, young company where your ideas will be taken on board and implemented
  • Cutting-edge tech stack and support for trying out new tools.
  • Regular team-building activities and design sprints.
  • Being granted a high level of personal responsibility and independence
  • Flexible, hybrid & remote working options
  • Excellent salary and great benefits

What you will do

You’ll join one of our 4 growing, cross-functional product teams.

One of the most interesting challenges in this position will be understanding the stakeholders in the fashion supply chain and making sure our products are easily understood and adopted by the non technical actors who are a critical part of this business.

  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and create detailed product roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between teams to ensure a cohesive product vision and execution.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform future development.
  • Advocate for user-centric and data-driven product development practices within the team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our product competitive and innovative.
  • Ensure that all product initiatives align with our sustainability objectives and business goals.

Who you are

  • Solid understanding of product management principles and methodologies, including the JTBD framework.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Productboard, or similar
  • Ability to create detailed product documentation and user stories
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Experience with agile development practices and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Enthusiastic about technology and its potential to solve real-world problems
  • Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis techniques
  • Passion for sustainability and knowledge of how product management can contribute to sustainable practices
  • Ideally expertise in fashion tech, sustainable supply chain management, and supply chain due diligence in the fashion and textile space
