Junior Customer Success Manager, (f/m/x) – Remote - China – SaaS/Greentech/Fashion

Communicating directly with the world's most sustainability-focused fashion and textile businesses, you will have a talent for identifying problems, breaking them down, and finding solutions. By understanding our supply chain transparency platform and our values, you will bring success for your clients, yourself, and the company in its mission to scale globally.

What you will do:

You’ll join a globally distributed CSM team and as part of our growing APAC team, your focus will be on supporting fashion and textile partners in the region.

You will:

  • Manage customers by proactively ensuring project success with the use of the retraced platform
  • Support these customers by defining a clear quarterly framework, and a success roadmap that has KPI-driven goals to be achieved and evaluated together
  • Plan and execute the onboarding of manufacturers and suppliers of customers’ networks
  • Be the first touchpoint for customers and their network in case of problems or specific needs
  • Understand the needs and problems of brands and suppliers to transfer insights to the product development team
  • Work with the marketing team on customer success cases and communication campaigns
  • Identify up-selling opportunities within existing customer networks
  • Support same region senior/customer success managers for overall account management

Who you are

  • You have existing experience in a customer-facing B2B position
  • You are a communicator by nature, you like dealing with people and solving problems
  • You are tech-savvy and have excellent project management skills
  • You understand the importance of an SLA-driven approach and how that impacts the business as a whole
  • Experience working in B2B Fashion, Textiles, or Supply chain is a requirement
  • Experience in SaaS an advantage
  • You speak fluent Mandarin and a good standard of English
