1-3 years of professional experience in B2C sales, account management or customer success
Excellent language skills in English and Italian required (other languages a plus)
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
Ability to deal with multiple requests at the same time and execute fast
Passion for sales, perseverance and fun in winning B2C customers
City and real estate market knowledge will be a plus as you will need to offer valuable insights and be perceived as a local advisor who truly impacts the landlord experience
Incredibly empathetic and understanding of your private landlords. You will be a powerful advocate for Spotahome’s partners
Be obsessed with customer experience
An entrepreneurial mindset, superior verbal and communication skills, and the ability to articulate value propositions to key stakeholders

Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
