- 1-2 years of professional experience in B2C sales, account management or customer success 
- Excellent language skills in English and Spanish required (other languages a plus) 
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration 
- Ability to deal with multiple requests at the same time and execute fast 
- Passion for sales, perseverance and fun in winning B2C customers 
- City and real estate market knowledge will be a plus as you will need to offer valuable insights and be perceived as a local advisor who truly impacts the landlord experience 
- Incredibly empathetic and understanding of your private landlords. You will be a powerful advocate for Spotahome’s partners 
- Be obsessed with customer experience 
- An entrepreneurial mindset, superior verbal and communication skills, and the ability to articulate value propositions to key stakeholders 
- An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win, hustle and determination 
- Enjoy solution-oriented selling as well as a high degree of initiative, service orientation 
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
