Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, communicative, and highly organised Account Management Associate to help support our government-focused partnerships in the APAC region, including Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

This a chance to step into a client-facing position providing both sales and customer support where relationship management, operational excellence, and trusted communication all come together.

Specifically, you will:

• Close and convert incoming lower tier sales leads, as well as provide support on higher-level sales opportunities.
• Facilitate an exceptional experience of both clients and candidates through advising and answering enquiries on Veremark's MOM services, fees and processes.
• Check and answer all status enquiries from clients and candidates related to MOM checks.
• Act as the bridge between the Service Delivery team and case requestors for check clarifications and information insufficiencies.
• Handle first-level MOM escalations, and direct higher-level escalations to senior team members.
