Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will manage and develop Veremark client accounts to establish and build long term relationships while collaborating with all internal departments to drive overall company success.

More specifically, you will:

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with new and existing clients
  • Assess client needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Advocate for client feedback internally
  • Strategically manage accounts and conduct regular review meetings
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
  • Collaborate with sales to generate new business
  • Use tools like Hubspot, Monday, Power BI, Slack, and our Operations portal for planning and communication
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Stay informed on industry trends and maintain product knowledge

Qualifications

  • Experience building effective external relationships
  • Proactive mindset focused on client success
  • Strong problem-solving and initiative
  • Objection handling and negotiation skills
  • Account or relationship management experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence and professionalism in presentations
  • Experience working within the background screening industry
