Job Description
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing Veremark client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, and working cross-functionally to support company success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand relationships with new and existing clients
- Assess client needs to identify growth opportunities
- Identify and address any potential client risks
- Advocate for client feedback internally
- Strategically manage accounts and conduct regular review meetings
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
- Collaborate with sales to generate new business
- Use tools like Hubspot, Monday, Power BI, Slack, and our Operations portal for planning and communication
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Stay informed on industry trends and maintain product knowledge
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience of working within background screening
- Experience building effective external relationships
- Proactive mindset focused on client success
- Strong problem-solving and initiative
- Objection handling and negotiation skills
- Account/Client management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence and professionalism in presentations
